Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Technology, AAS Degree

The Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Technology program is designed to give students a well-rounded education in not only installation and repair of HVAC equipment such as; geothermal heat pumps, variable refrigerant flow systems, rooftops, boilers and chiller systems but also the installation and repair of energy savings equipment and strategies such as building automation systems.  Finally, we also cover the building envelope aspects of load calculations and CAD design including BIM software.

We are a newly authorized NATE certification Testing Center.  We will be offering training on the material needed to pass the NATE certification tests for Heat Pumps and Gas Heating.
