Lighting, Appliances, and Miscellaneous Loads

To fully achieve the energy goals for any building, lighting, appliances, and miscellaneous loads need to be a part of that equation. Lighting and appliances often have a large impact on how happy and productive people in buildings may be over time. As you optimize building design, do not underestimate the importance of these topics for energy improvements.
