SMART Local Union No. 265

The Sheet Metal Workers' Local 265 offers award winning apprentice and journeyperson upgrade training programs. The up-to-date classrooms and work training areas at our Carol Stream school are second to none and use the latest technology for training. Each instructor is carefully chosen and fully trained to make the best use of the students’ time and talents. All students must pass third party testing, for example: EPA 608 (Universal Card), ICE, NATE (Service Heat Pump), ESCO, Geothermal Certification, to name a few. Our program is certified by the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship. It is an Affirmative Action Program, and an Equal Opportunity Program.
